Who can play

Xtianlife is for adults aged 18 and over. You confirm your age before meeting other players and before any payment.

Game money

Play naira and play dollars are game money only. They have no cash value and can't be withdrawn or sold for real money.

Game money costs 1% of its value (₦1,000,000 of game money costs ₦10,000). Money never buys faith, character, fellowship or legacy — those are earned by playing.

Each account receives the welcome gift once.

KSS and your Kross wallet

KSS is used only to pay for billboard ads on the map (0.1 KSS a day for a normal spot, 0.4 KSS for a busy one).

Your wallet is self-custody: you alone hold your recovery phrase. It stays on your device, protected by your wallet password, and is never sent to us. If you lose the phrase, nobody can recover your wallet.

Crypto prices can change. KSS bought from the game is sent once your payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Game-money top-ups and KSS purchases are final once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise or a payment was charged twice in error.

If a moderator rejects your billboard ad, the KSS you paid is refunded to your wallet automatically. You can also cancel an ad yourself before it is approved.

Spending safety

Every payment asks you to confirm first.

Each account can spend up to ₦250,000 by Paystack and up to 250 in card currency (USD, EUR or GBP) in any 24 hours, across game money and KSS.

Privacy

We store your email, your game save, community messages and payment records so the game works and payments are credited once.

Card and Paystack details are handled by those payment providers, not stored by us. We don't sell your data.

Reported messages are reviewed by moderators. You can download or delete your data any time from the Account page. See the full privacy policy for your rights.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country (for example the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Nigeria FCCPA 2018, Australian Consumer Law).

EU/UK digital content: by asking for game money or KSS to be delivered immediately, you agree that your 14-day right to withdraw ends once delivery starts.

Paid billboard ads are an advertising service; you may cancel before a moderator approves it for a full refund.

Crypto notice

KSS is a digital token, not legal tender, and is not a deposit or investment product. Its value can fall to zero. We do not give financial advice. You are responsible for any taxes on your transactions.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, cheat, or are used by anyone under 18.

Liability and disputes

The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything the law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If you are a consumer, you may also bring claims in the courts of the country where you live, and its mandatory laws still apply. EU consumers may also use the EU's online dispute-resolution options.
